How did you get started with Salesforce?

I started using Salesforce classic back in 2011 as a sales rep.

What’s your favorite thing about building solutions with Salesforce?

The speed and flexibility at which tools can be built out on the platform.

What energizes you at work?

Helping customer solve business problems and carry out their vision.

Name a work achievement you’re proud of.

Won a Chairman’s award and was 2nd in my company (out of almost 100 sales people). Trained the rep who was 1st that year and the following 2 years.

Who or what inspires you?

Kaizen – the process of continuing to improve over time.

What’s one thing you’re learning now? (professional or personal)

How to reset after major setbacks. Torn pec last year lead to surgery and 6 months of physical therapy. I learned both how hard I can push myself and how to stay positive when things don’t go as planned.

What three words would your friends use to describe you?

Outgoing, dependable and adventurous.

What’s something you love about the place you live?

Chicago is the melting pot that people don’t talk about in the same light as cities like New York. From culture, to culinary scene, to the music, to architecture….our city has the best to offer but is much more approachable. It’s the smallest big city, where locals truly want visitors to enjoy it the way that we do every day. Just like the food is way more than hotdogs and deep dish…the city is way more than just the downtown. If you do come…try to visit at least one other neighborhood because it won’t disappoint!!

What could we find you doing outside of work?

Checking out a live music show, traveling or running.

What trend do you hope makes a comeback?

Lawn darts. Kidding. It’s amazing that some of us made it through childhood. But honestly… rock and roll music going underground wasn’t the worst thing but it would be nice to see it come back to the mainstream.

What’s your go-to karaoke song?

Sweet Caroline by Neil Diamond….always a crowd pleaser even if my voice isn’t. LOL
