How did you get started with Salesforce?

I first got started with Salesforce while working in a large enterprise that began transitioning its ERP from SAP to Salesforce. That experience gave me hands-on exposure to the platform and its ecosystem, and I’ve been building on that foundation ever since.

What’s your favorite thing about building solutions with Salesforce?

What I enjoy most is the comfort Salesforce provides through its integrations. Having complete solutions within the same ecosystem creates a sense of reliability and efficiency — everything connects seamlessly, which makes building and delivering value much more straightforward.

What energizes you at work?

I get energized by the rush of solving complex problems and the satisfaction of coming out on the other side with a clear solution. Overcoming challenges and seeing progress move forward always gives me a boost.

Name a work achievement you are proud of.

I’m proud of successfully handling a complex cloud migration project, which required coordinating multiple teams and ensuring business continuity throughout the process

Who or what inspires you?

I’m inspired by the people I work with — seeing a team come together, collaborate, and achieve something bigger than any individual could do alone.

What’s one thing you recently learned or are learning now?

I’ve been learning more about AI in the Salesforce ecosystem and how it can enhance project management and client solutions.

What three words would your friends use to describe you?

Talkative, friendly, funny.

What's something you love about where you live?

I love how Rio blends city life with nature — the beaches, mountains, and outdoor lifestyle make it a unique place to live.

What could we find you doing outside of work?

Outside of work, you can usually find me playing drums and percussion or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.

What trend do you hope makes a comeback?

I’d love to see translucent tech make a comeback — there’s something nostalgic and cool about seeing the inner workings of devices.
