How did you get started with Salesforce?
I got started with Salesforce in 2018 through the Salesforce Military program and was invited to attend Dreamforce 2018, which really sparked my interest in the ecosystem. From there, I continued building my skills through certifications and hands-on experience, growing into a consultant focused on delivering impactful Salesforce solutions.
What’s your favorite thing about building solutions with Salesforce?
My favorite thing about building solutions with Salesforce is how quickly you can turn an idea into something real and impactful. There’s something really satisfying about solving complex problems and seeing a solution actually make someone’s day-to-day work easier.
What energizes you at work?
What energizes me at work is diving into complex problems and figuring out practical solutions that actually make a difference. I also thrive on collaboration—working through challenges with a team and seeing ideas come together into something that works in the real world.
Name a work achievement you are proud of.
One achievement I'm especially proud of is improving the Service Cloud Voice experience by refining a case creation flow, which reduced errors and made the process more seamless for both agents and customers.
