Caroline is a Salesforce Consultant with seven years of experience delivering solutions across multiple Salesforce clouds. She has worked with Agentforce since its pilot phase, deploying AI agents for large-scale projects, including Service Agents, Employee Agents, and SDR Agents.
How did you get started with Salesforce?
I got started with Salesforce during my first internship, working as a backend developer on Salesforce B2C Commerce, where I had the opportunity to work on multiple e-commerce sites. That experience introduced me to the platform and eventually led me to expand into other Salesforce clouds.
What’s your favorite thing about building solutions with Salesforce?
My favorite thing is having the opportunity to work with a wide range of industries and emerging technologies, all within a platform built around trust.
What energizes you at work?
What energizes me most is seeing the impact of the solutions I help build.
Name a work achievement you are proud of.
One achievement I’m proud of is helping build a suite of Agentforce agents for a client that now handles tens of thousands of customer interactions each month, resolving a large share of routine requests without human intervention. The implementation also ranked among the top six globally for Agentforce credit consumption.
Who or what inspires you?
My younger self inspires me because she would be proud to see me working in tech, with global companies, on such exciting projects.
What’s one thing you recently learned or are learning now?
Agentforce SDR agents.
What three words would your friends use to describe you?
Funny, determined, and resilient.
What's something you love about where you live?
I love the mountain views, beautiful landscapes, and local wineries.
What could we find you doing outside of work?
Outside of work, you can usually find me exploring the area on my bike.
What trend do you hope makes a comeback?
I hope the emo style makes a comeback, especially the music, fashion, and dramatic hairstyles.
