How did you get started with Salesforce?
I got started with Salesforce because my mom encouraged me to give it a try. I was hesitant at first since I wasn't familiar with the platform, but she eventually convinced me to explore it. Once I started learning, I quickly discovered how much I enjoyed solving business problems with the platform.
What’s your favorite thing about building solutions with Salesforce?
My favorite part is helping make clients' day-to-day work easier. It's incredibly rewarding to see their excitement when we implement a Salesforce solution that improves their processes and helps them achieve their goals.
What energizes you at work?
The collaborative and uplifting culture energizes me every day. I enjoy working alongside a team that's committed to a common goal of delivering excellent solutions and ensuring client satisfaction.
Name a work achievement you are proud of.
One achievement I'm especially proud of is earning the Anthropic Certified Claude Architect Foundations certification. It strengthened my understanding of AI-powered solutions and expanded my ability to help clients leverage emerging technologies.
Who or what inspires you?
My mom inspires me every day. She's my best friend and one of my biggest role models. She continually challenges me to be the best version of myself, and I'm incredibly grateful for the opportunity to learn from her both personally and professionally.
What’s one thing you recently learned or are learning now?
Outside of work, I've recently started learning needlepoint. I've really enjoyed the creative process and discovering all the different projects I can make, as well as learning how to self-finish many of them!

What's something you love about where you live?
Some of my favorite things about South Carolina are the lakes, beaches, food, and the welcoming people. I truly love the whole state of SC!
What could we find you doing outside of work?
Outside of work, you can usually find me out on the lake, trying a new restaurant, or catching up with friends on a long walk.
What trend do you hope makes a comeback?
Flip phones! I think life felt a little simpler when people weren't constantly connected.
