How did you get started with Salesforce?
I initially learned about Salesforce CRM and got my hands on an org via a sales class in college, then actually started my career in the ecosystem with a role at Rosetree in 2018, supporting marketing content generation while starting to learn the platform and engage with clients.
What’s your favorite thing about building solutions with Salesforce?
It's a deep and wide canvas, every project is a learning opportunity to explore new features and aspects of the platform. I enjoy honing the craftsmanship involved and continuing to improve the quality and scalability of solution design.
What energizes you at work?
Beyond the technical aspects of the platform, one of my favorite aspects of the ecosystem is the diversity of backgrounds and experiences. With every new project is also the opportunity to meet new people, understand their perspectives and unique business challenges, as well as teach and share my own experiences, which makes every day unique and engaging.
Name a work achievement you are proud of.
One of my favorite project types and specialty areas is helping companies start to articulate the revenue impact of marketing initiatives, via integrating data from multiple channels and looking at multi-touch influence breakout. I've been fortunate to execute many projects like this, as well as train and help others upskill in the area. It's an area many legacy businesses have struggled in, and helping marketing teams start to articulate that value and impact of their efforts and make thoughtful optimizations is very rewarding!
