How did you get started with Salesforce?
I got started with Salesforce through an early interest in cloud computing, beginning with the AWS platform. Shortly after, I was introduced to Salesforce Trailhead, where I dove in, found a mentor, earned multiple certifications, and completed a pro bono project before joining a Salesforce implementation partner as a consultant.
What’s your favorite thing about building solutions with Salesforce?
My favorite part of building solutions with Salesforce is learning how to use such a powerful toolset and applying that knowledge through creative problem solving to address real needs.
What energizes you at work?
Collaboration and connection energize me. I enjoy working closely with people, especially when there's an opportunity to build something new, and staying connected to the purpose and story behind the work.
Name a work achievement you are proud of.
One achievement I'm especially proud of is building lasting relationships through the work itself by committing to the project, showing up consistently, and completing it together.A few years after one engagement ended, I received an email from a client who had just used a solution we built together. They reached out simply to say thank you, share how valuable the tool still was, and express how much they appreciated the partnership. Knowing that the work continued to deliver value long after the project concluded is an impact I'm proud of.
Who or what inspires you?
Jon Batiste inspires me for the way he approaches his craft with joy, curiosity, and deep intention. His work reflects a balance of creativity and discipline that, to me, shows great work can be both expressive and thoughtfully built.
What’s one thing you recently learned or are learning now?
I've been learning more about practical AI use cases and applications, particularly where they can meaningfully support people and improve how work gets done.
What three words would your friends use to describe you?
Intentional, talented, committed.
What's something you love about where you live?
One thing I love about where I live is Jimmy's Food Store, a local Italian market and sandwich shop with genuine charm. The products and atmosphere are excellent, and it's the kind of place that adds soul to the experience of living in Dallas. I recommend stopping in for just about anyone passing through.
What could we find you doing outside of work?
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family. When I have time to myself, I'm usually sewing, designing, or finding inspiration for creative projects.
What trend do you hope makes a comeback?
I've always enjoyed Ivy and preppy style. I aspired to it as a kid and I still love seeing how it's been reinterpreted by different people and cultures over time. It may have transcended being a trend, but I enjoy when it's more broadly in focus.
What’s your go-to karaoke song?
I love a duet. My go-to karaoke partner is my wife, and together we can bring the house down with This is How We Do It by Montell Jordan.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our team as leading experts and great people.
