How did you get started with Salesforce?

I was first introduced to Salesforce working for manufacturing company that just purchased Pardot. We used it in conjunction with marketing and sales to build out workflows and to streamline how the sales team interacted with customers.

What’s your favorite thing about building solutions with Salesforce?

I enjoy seeing client's face's light up when they hear about all the capabilities Salesforce has for their present business pains and talking through future state with things they didn't even know were possible.

What energizes you at work?

Complex and unique problems - I love figuring out how to make a complicated use case come to life.

Name a work achievement you are proud of.

Migrating a completely in house custom designed website and data lake to a Wordpress WooCommerce site with an integration to Azure for a semiconductor distribution company. With the redesign of the website and data storage, I also recreated their marketing assets such as company logo, ppt templates, digital catalogs etc.

Who or what inspires you?

My dad. He was a POW in the Army and would always say if you have faith even as small as a mustard seed nothing will be impossible. I hold that very close.

What’s one thing you recently learned or are learning now?

I'm currently learning Italian.

What's something you love about where you live?

The nature escapes, historic sites and the performing arts scene.

Anything active or that's outside. Hiking, camping, working out, being somewhere off the grid
