How did you get started with Salesforce?
I got started with Salesforce while working in a business operations role, where I was introduced to the platform to help optimize internal processes. What began as a simple task quickly sparked a deeper interest, and I soon found myself pursuing certifications and transitioning into a full-time Salesforce Consultant role.
What’s your favorite thing about building solutions with Salesforce?
What I love most about building solutions with Salesforce is how much can be accomplished using 'clicks, not code.' The platform empowers consultants like me to deliver powerful, scalable solutions without heavy development, making it faster to prototype, adapt, and drive real impact for users.
What energizes you at work?
I’m energized by solving complex problems and seeing the direct impact of my work on users’ day-to-day experience. Collaborating with teams, turning challenges into streamlined solutions, and constantly learning new Salesforce features keeps me motivated and engaged.
Name a work achievement you are proud of.
One work achievement I’m proud of is leading the implementation of Salesforce CPQ for a client in the electronic space. I restructured their product catalog, streamlined the quote-to-cash process, and built analytics dashboards that gave leadership real-time insights into sales performance and renewals.
