How did you get started with Salesforce?
Early in my career as Executive Assistant to the CEO of a global call center, I led special projects, including the digital transformation of Salesforce through the implementation of the Sales Operating Process, significantly improving revenue tracking. Concurrently, I served as Salesforce Administrator while managing mergers and acquisitions of smaller call centers. My passion for Salesforce ultimately led me to transition into Salesforce consulting.
What’s your favorite thing about building solutions with Salesforce?
I appreciate how Salesforce functions like a puzzle—each piece solving a specific organizational challenge, from improving efficiency to enhancing transparency.
What energizes you at work?
I'm energized at work through collaborating with like-minded team members who want to achieve the greatest possible outcome in a project for our clients!
Name a work achievement you are proud of.
I pride myself in my ability to build trust and rapport with my clients. This enables me to have a more open dialogue throughout a project so that I can stay ahead of risks and challenges, while also getting more insight into client needs. A recent example of this is when I stepped into a project to take over for another PM who was going out on parental leave. The client was struggling with that individual relationship and I took the time to hear their needs and adapt. We were then able to take the project from red to green.
Who or what inspires you?
I'm inspired by growth opportunity, both personally and professional as an individual, as well as for the organization.
What’s one thing you recently learned or are learning now?
Something I'm working on is finding success with the "less is more" tactic. Particularly in large projects, it's easy to feel the need to be very detailed in written communication. Sometimes, that means everything gets disregarded as noise. I'm working on focusing on the basics to capture attention and get to the point, then expanding in conversation.
What three words would your friends use to describe you?
Empathetic, Dedicated, Enthusiastic
What's something you love about where you live?
Suburban neighborhood that's still walking distance to fun things! Also, (mostly) warm & sunny :)
What could we find you doing outside of work?
I spend most of my "free" time taking care of my kids, and I try to include them in the hobbies I enjoy myself like long walks, yoga, and Orlando Magic basketball games.
What trend do you hope makes a comeback?
I've never been one to follow trends too much, but I'm a big fan of keeping the "athleisure" trend for as long as possible.
What’s your go-to karaoke song?
Almost anything by Taylor Swift, but Shake it Off is always a fun one!

We pride ourselves on the quality of our team as leading experts and great people.
