This hospitality and travel agency specializing in unique experiences in national parks and outdoor locations replaced disconnected booking data with a full Sales Cloud implementation integrated to its property management system.
A hospitality operator specializing in national parks experiences ran its bookings on a property management system disconnected from Salesforce, leaving teams without visibility into customer interactions. We implemented Sales Cloud, integrated the property system through Boomi for bi-directional data transfer, and migrated the travel trade and affiliates teams onto the platform. Manual data entry and errors dropped, reporting on customer behaviour improved, and the project was delivered under budget.
The business relied on a property management system that was not integrated with Salesforce, so data had to be managed across disconnected tools. Sales and service teams had limited visibility into customer interactions and bookings. That gap made personalized service difficult and forced heavy manual data entry.
We delivered a full Sales Cloud implementation and integrated the property management system with Salesforce using Boomi for bi-directional data transfer. The travel trade and affiliates teams were migrated into the new Salesforce environment to work from shared records. Additional initiatives were identified for future phases, including Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and Revenue Cloud for quoting.
Booking and customer management are handled in one system, reducing manual data entry and the errors that came with it. Reporting gives the business clearer insight into customer behaviour and preferences, and the project was completed under budget with a platform foundation for later phases.
